Getting Started!
Western Dressage integrates the historically validated principles of dressage with the best of western stock horse tradition. It is a systematic and progressive system of training for the western horse and rider, in traditional stock tack with the purpose of enjoying a safe, pleasurable, versatile and useful working horse and we hope you will enjoy joining us on your Western Dressage journey.
Western Dressage offers wonderful entry level tests (walk /jog) so that the beginning rider can utilize a sound training method and participate in an atmosphere which is both inviting and non-intimidating. For the rider who comes in at a more advanced level, they can learn to perfect her or his horsemanship and expand on their training method. The precision of Classical Dressage encourages more advanced riders to perfect their techniques, turning their horses and themselves into improved performers. This multi-level entry and advancement opportunity provides a place for every rider and every horse to become a success story.
